  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Kefir 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts to taste
  • Frozen black currant puree to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix semolina, kefir, sugar, baking soda, and egg until smooth and let it sit for half an hour.

Step 2

Add softened (not from the fridge) margarine and flour. Mix well again.

Step 3

Add chopped walnuts or frozen berries to taste.

Step 4

Bake until done for about thirty minutes.
