Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Semolina 5 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Condensed Milk ½ can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the pack of margarine.
Step 2
Add the eggs. Whisk thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour in the flour, semolina, and sugar into the mixture. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking dish. Bake at 355°F until done (I cooked it in a slow cooker on the baking mode for 40 minutes).
Step 5
Transfer the finished semolina cake to a plate and drizzle with condensed milk to soak and soften.
