Semolina Cake with Apples
Ingredients
- Semolina 1 cup
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Brown Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Apple 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- 1% Kefir 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop or grate the apples and drizzle them with lemon juice.
Step 2
Mix all the other ingredients in a separate bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the mixture over the apples.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 150–340°F (300–340 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30–35 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, you can sprinkle the cake with cinnamon.
