Description
The amount of semolina and flour can be varied; I tend to add more semolina than flour. You can add ingredients to the batter according to your taste (raisins, nuts, zest).
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 1 can
- Sugar 1 glass
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Semolina 1 glass
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Margarine 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add baking soda and an egg to the sour cream and mix well.
Step 2
Add the sugar and mix well, then incorporate the semolina, flour, and melted margarine, mixing thoroughly again.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina, and pour in the batter.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
