
Semifreddo with Strawberries and Chocolate

Description
You can use less chocolate and substitute powdered sugar with regular sugar.
Ingredients
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the cream. Grate the chocolate.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the yolks with half of the powdered sugar, and whip the egg whites with the other half of the sugar separately.
Step 3
Gently mix everything together: yolks with whites and cream until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 4
Add the grated chocolate and strawberries.
Step 5
Line a mold with plastic wrap, pour the mixture into it, and place it in the freezer to set. Stir occasionally to prevent ice from forming.
Step 6
Serve with berries.
