Seed Crackers with Smoked Paprika

Ingredients

  • Toasted Sesame 0 oz
  • Flaxseeds 5 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds 0 oz
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
  • Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
  • Smoked salt 1 teaspoon
  • Water to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Leave to dry at 115°F for 6 hours, until the sheet becomes dry and crispy. About 3 hours into drying, flip the sheet to the other side.

Step 2

Break into pieces and cool.

Step 3

In a bowl, add the flax seeds and pour in 240 ml of water. In another bowl, add the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds, and also pour in water. Leave overnight.

Step 4

In the morning, thoroughly dry the seeds and mix in a bowl. Add salt and paprika, and mix well.

Step 5

Spread the mixture on a dehydrator tray in a thin layer. Lightly sprinkle with salt on top.
