Seaweed Soup with Imitation Crab
Ingredients
- Imitation Crab 5 oz
- Dark red seaweed 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Water 5 qt
- Salt to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the seaweed with cold water, squeeze out excess water, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into thin strips and add them to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil. Add to the soup.
Step 4
Slice the imitation crab into rounds. Add to the pot.
Step 5
Add the processed cheese and stir until it dissolves. Season the soup with salt.
Step 6
Boil the eggs hard and chop them finely.
Step 7
Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with chopped eggs.
