Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Chicken Broth 5 qt
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Minced garlic 3 cloves
- Dark red seaweed 10 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Chopped Green Onions 2 teaspoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add potatoes to the broth and cook until tender.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the chopped onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, garlic, a few spoonfuls of broth, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Boil the eggs and chop them finely. Add the seaweed, sautéed mixture, and eggs to the cooked broth with potatoes, bring to a boil, and add the herbs.
