Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
- Mussels 5 oz
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Dill 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Minutely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Slice one third of the champignon mushrooms thinly, and cut the remaining mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a pot and add the onion and garlic.
Step 5
Sauté, stirring, over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms to the onion and sauté, stirring, for 7–8 minutes.
Step 7
Then pour in the strained chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
Step 8
Add salt.
Step 9
Add the seafood to the pot.
Step 10
Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 11
Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Step 12
Add chopped dill to the soup.
