Ingredients
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Fennel 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Frozen green bean pods 3 tablespoons
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- White fish 5 oz
- Red drum fish 5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the sauce: melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of flour, stir, pour in 240 ml of milk, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then cook until thickened.

Remove from heat and add thinly sliced red onion, julienned fennel, a large boiled potato cut into cubes, 3 tablespoons of frozen green peas, a little parsley, season with salt and pepper, and add the zest and juice of one lemon.
