Description
When preparing sea buckthorn, sterilization is not used. To preserve valuable nutrients and vitamins, the pasteurization method is employed. During this process, the temperature does not exceed 85-90 degrees Celsius.

- Sea Buckthorn 0 lbs

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the berries in three waters (submerge them in cold water three times so that leaves and stems float to the surface).
Step 2
Spread the sea buckthorn berries on paper towels to let them dry a bit.
Step 3
Using a blender, puree the sea buckthorn and sugar until smooth.
Step 4
Heat the puree to 175°F, then immediately distribute it into pre-warmed sterilized 1-liter jars. Process by pasteurizing for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Seal with lids. Store the jars in a cool, dark place.
