- Gelatin 0 oz
- Water 15 fl oz

Step 1
Sort the sea buckthorn, wash it, and mash it. Pour in 1 cup of water and strain the resulting mixture through a sieve.
Step 2
Pour the squeezed pulp with water, bring to a boil, and strain. Dissolve the sugar and pre-soaked gelatin in the broth. Stirring, bring to a boil. Add the sea buckthorn juice, cool, and whip. Pour the mixture into cups and chill.
