Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with the powdered sugar. Gradually add the sifted rice and wheat flour and knead the dough. Roll it out to the desired thickness (it's better not to use a rolling pin).
Step 2
Cut out cookies in various shapes and place them on a baking sheet greased with butter and dusted with flour.
Step 3
Slowly brown in the oven at 150°C.
