  • Water 6 teaspoons

Step 1

Mix the oat flour, baking powder, and salt with softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Pour in boiled water, mix, and knead until smooth. The dough should not stick to your hands.

Step 2

On a surface dusted with oat flour, roll out the dough into a circle slightly larger than 20 cm. Use a plate as a template to cut the dough into a neat circle. Cut the circle into 8 equal triangular pieces. Heat a grilling rack over the fire and lightly grease it with oil.

Step 3

Place the oatmeal cookies on the rack and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges curl up. Cool on a wire rack.
