  • Black bread 5 pieces
  • Garlic 1 head
  • Cheese 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step 1

Peel the garlic and rub it on the pieces of bread after crushing it in a garlic press.

Step 2

Salt the bread.

Step 3

Cut the bread into strips (3-6 cm long, 1-2 cm wide) or into irregular shapes.

Step 4

Grate the cheese (medium grater).

Step 5

Fry the bread in vegetable oil.

Step 6

You can add uncrushed heads of garlic.

Step 7

Generously sprinkle with cheese.
