- Edam Cheese 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs with the butter, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the milk, then the flour, followed by the pepper and seasonings. The dough should be firm and not stick to your hands. Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Afterward, take it out, divide it into 2 parts, roll it into a log, and cut into pieces. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180–375°F. In the last 5 minutes, switch to the fan mode.
