Ingredients

- Starch film 0 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer for 1 minute on the highest speed.
Step 2
Mix and sift the flour, starch, and baking powder over the egg mixture. Quickly mix on the lowest speed.
Step 3
Transfer the batter to a piping bag with a large tip. Grease a baking sheet with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
Step 4
Pipe out sticks, not too large, as the batter spreads.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the sticks for 10–12 minutes. Carefully transfer the sticks to a wire rack to cool.
