Description

Sausages can be boiled for one minute in boiling water, but this is not necessary. You can add grated cheese and spices inside, if desired. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • Sausages 20 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Semolina 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pass hot boiled potatoes through a meat grinder, beat in one egg, add semolina and flour, margarine, salt, and mix well.

Step 2

Roll out the potato dough on a floured board, cut into rectangles that match the length and width of the sausages.

Step 3

Peel the sausages from their casing and wrap them in the rectangles of dough, sealing the edges on all sides.

Step 4

Mix the egg with melted but not hot butter, and brush it over the sausages in dough already placed on the baking sheet.

Step 5

Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.

Step 6

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
