Sausage and Pasta Soup
Ingredients
- Sausages 10 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Curry to taste
- Salt to taste
- Corn Salad to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat oil in a skillet, sauté the onion until golden. Add garlic and sauté for another minute. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
In the skillet, place the sliced sausages and fry, stirring occasionally, until they are browned. Add the tomato paste and mix well.
Step 3
Cook the pasta. Add 1 liter of boiled water to the broth and heat everything. Once the broth is heated, add the pasta, beans, onion with garlic, and sausages. Add salt as needed and cook for about 10 more minutes (based on a 3-liter pot).
Step 4
When you pour the soup into a bowl, add herbs and grate some cheese on top.
