  • White Cabbage 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage.

Step 2

Julienne the cabbage, onion, and carrot, combine them, and add salt and sugar.

Step 3

Mix well, pressing with your hands until it becomes crunchy and releases juice.

Step 4

Place a weight on top and leave at room temperature for three days.
