Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
- Orange zest 0 fl oz
- Mandarins 2 pieces
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 25 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the mandarins, removing the skin and membranes, to leave clean segments.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring the red wine to a boil and cook until the volume reduces to 30 ml, about 6–8 minutes.
Step 3
Add the marmalade and cook until slightly thickened, 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the mandarin segments and lime juice.
Step 4
Scoop the ice cream into dessert bowls and drizzle with the sauce.
