  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Water 4 tablespoons
  • Strawberry 20 oz
  • Mango 1 piece
  • Vanillin to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the sandy dough. Mix the flour with sugar, baking soda, and vanillin. Add pieces of softened butter. Rub the butter into the flour mixture. Add water and quickly knead the dough with your hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 – 8 mm, and distribute it in the mold.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 445°F and bake the crust for 15 minutes. Remove from the mold and let it cool.

Step 4

Prepare the custard. Whisk the eggs with sugar. Add the roasted flour to the mixture.

Step 5

Bring the milk to a boil and pour it into the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool.

Step 6

Wash and peel the strawberries and mango. Cut into small pieces.

Step 7

Spread the custard over the crust, distributing it evenly. Top with strawberries and mango.
