Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- French Baguette 1 piece
- 50% Fat 'Lambert' Cheese 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Fillet of Sturgeon 5 oz
- Cilantro a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the French baguette into pieces 1–1.5 cm thick. Spread one side with olive oil. Sprinkle with finely grated 'Lambert' cheese mixed with dill. Then layer the cream cheese on top.
Step 2
Place in the microwave for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts. Add pieces of red fish on top.
Step 3
Finely chop the cilantro and place it in a strip over the fish.
