Ingredients
- Rye Bread 1 slice
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam 1 teaspoon
- Chives 0 oz
- Bacon 0 oz
- Quail Egg 2 pieces
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut a slice of rye bread.
Step 2
Spread mayonnaise and chili sauce on the bread.
Step 3
Place bacon in a heated skillet. Fry for 2–3 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Add pepper.
Step 5
Flip and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Cut chives into pieces about 7 cm long.
Step 7
Place the chives on the sandwich.
Step 8
Top with the fried bacon.
Step 9
Crack the eggs into a small bowl.
Step 10
Fry the eggs in the rendered bacon fat until the whites are set.
Step 11
Add salt.
Step 12
Sprinkle with chili flakes.

Place the fried eggs on the sandwich, garnish with chive tops, and serve.
