Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Canned Saira 5 oz
- Green peppercorns 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and cook the diced vegetables – zucchini, potatoes, carrot, and celery.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion in vegetable oil.
Step 3
When the vegetables are ready, add the canned salmon fillet to the pot. Season with salt, pepper, and add the bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the herbs and add them to the soup.
