  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Salmon 5 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Cream 22% 5 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, cut the butter and mix it with the flour.

Step 2

Rub the flour and butter together until crumbly.

Step 3

Add the sour cream and quickly knead the dough with a spoon.

Step 4

Then, use your hands to knead the dough and shape it into a ball.

Step 5

Place the dough ball in a baking dish and evenly spread it out, creating high edges. Prick the dough with a fork, and chill for half an hour.

Lay parchment paper on the dough, add beans on top, and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Later, let the partially baked base cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs by hand, add the cream and spices, and whisk again. The filling is ready; now let's move on to the most delicious part - the filling!

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. In the prepared base, layer the cheese, then the salmon and broccoli. Pour the egg and cream mixture over everything. Bake the pie for 35 minutes at 200°C.
