Ingredients

- Smoked haddock fillet 15 oz
- Perch 5 oz
- Egg white 0 oz
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Spanish onions to taste
- Sugar 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: in room temperature milk, add salt, sugar, yeast, eggs, flour, and melted butter. Knead the dough. Let it rise.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: pass the salmon fillet through a meat grinder, add the pikeperch, egg white, dill, and fried onions, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Shape the pie, create the decoration, brush with egg wash, and let it proof for 40 minutes. Bake at 330°F for 45 minutes until golden brown.
