- Butter 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Cognac 0 fl oz

- Cookie 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, chop the nuts, and crumble the cookies (like 'Jubilee' cookies).
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with powdered sugar, add the egg, and mix well.
Step 3
Pour in the cognac, mix, and add the cocoa.
Step 4
Continuing to mix, gradually add the chocolate, nuts, and crumbled cookies.
Step 5
Place the finished mixture in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the chilled mixture onto plastic wrap, shape it into a log, and place it in the refrigerator for approximately 8–12 hours.
Step 7
Before serving, slice with a warm knife.
