Salad with Oranges and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
  • Oranges 4 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Mustard Greens to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the oranges and cut them in half. Carefully remove the pulp from the peels and cut it into pieces. The peels will serve as portion plates in this salad.

Step 2

You can use fresh, frozen, or canned mushrooms. Slice them and sauté in a heated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, lightly salting. Allow the mushrooms to cool.

Step 3

Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into small cubes. You can use peppers of different colors.

Step 4

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, dressing with mayonnaise and mustard to taste. Serve the salad in the orange peels and optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
