
Sake Tadzuke Soup with Salmon and Rice

Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 20 oz
- Rice 10 oz
- Scallions 1 piece
- Sesame bun a pinch
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Dried Nori Seaweed to taste
- Wasabi to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Broth: cut the salmon fillet (you can use another type of red fish) into large cubes and boil.
Step 2
Cook the rice separately (I used 'Sen Soy' sushi rice).
Step 3
Chop the green onions into pieces.
Step 4
Pour the broth with pieces of fish into a bowl, add cooked rice, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little green onion, and garnish with seaweed and sesame seeds. Serve with wasabi.
