Sabayon with Marsala
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Marsala 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until pale and frothy.
Step 2
While continuing to whisk, pour in the Marsala.
Step 3
Place over a double boiler on low heat. Stir constantly, making sure it doesn't boil. Remove from heat as soon as the cream thickens.
Step 4
Serve hot or cold with cookies or fruits.
