Description
If you prefer sweet pancakes, you can increase the amount of sugar in the recipe. It is not recommended to substitute butter with margarine.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 0 oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks, melted butter, and milk using a mixer.
Step 2
In a sifted flour mixture, add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
Step 3
Combine the two parts of the batter and whisk with a mixer.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites, then gently fold them into the batter with a spoon.
Step 5
Spoon the batter onto a skillet, trying to form a circle. Cook the pancakes on a dry non-stick skillet.
