- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces

Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and mix with a wooden spoon, gradually pouring in melted butter, followed by cold sour cream. Then add a teaspoon of baking soda, previously mixed with a small amount of flour, add the remaining flour, and knead a stiff dough.
Step 2
Roll out the resulting dough into a thin layer, brush the entire surface with egg yolk, create zigzag lines with a fork, cut out circles, stars, etc., with a special cutter, place them on a greased baking sheet, and bake in the oven.
