Description

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Boiling water 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Vanillin a pinch
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Batter: Whisk the eggs, add sugar and oil. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Pour the kefir into the mixture, then add the boiling water.
Step 3
Sift the flour to aerate it and avoid lumps in the batter.
Step 4
Gently add the flour in small portions. Do not add all at once, but gradually. Mix well.
Step 5
Add salt, vanillin, and baking powder.
Step 6
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Step 7
The cooking process... is similar to making grandma's pancakes. Do not grease the pan with oil. The pancakes are cooked on a dry pan. If the pan is too old and there is a risk of burning, you can place a piece of lard on the surface, sprinkle with water, or add a drop of vegetable oil. Using a ladle, pour the batter in portions onto the pan. Voila!!!
