Ingredients
- Bread Kvass 0 qt
- Mustard Greens 5 oz
- Sturgeon 10 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Red Caviar 0 oz
- Fillet of Sturgeon 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 8–10 minutes.
Step 2
Cool and peel them.
Step 3
Grate the yolks.
Step 4
Add mustard and grated yolks to the kvass, and mix well.
Step 5
Peel the cucumbers.
Step 6
Finely chop the cucumbers, herbs, and egg whites.
Step 7
Slice the sturgeon into large pieces.
Step 8
Place the herbs, cucumbers, and sturgeon in a bowl.
Step 9
Pour the prepared kvass over the top.
Step 10
Add sugar and salt.
Step 11
Add the caviar.
Step 12
Serve.
