Royal Curd Pudding
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Margarine 5 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the margarine (do not melt!), flour, and half a cup of sugar – rub with a tablespoon and divide the resulting crumb into two parts.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, half a cup of sugar, eggs, and add a pinch of baking soda.
Step 3
Grease a large frying pan with vegetable oil, sprinkle the first half of the crumb and spread it across the bottom and sides. Pour the cottage cheese mixture on top, and sprinkle with the second half of the crumb. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F.
