Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Let the butter soften at room temperature. Cream the softened butter with sugar.
Step 2
Start beating the butter with sugar (speed 3).
Step 3
While continuing to beat, add the eggs, milk, vanillin or vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Add the flour in two batches, mixing the last portion with the baking powder.
Step 5
Continue to beat on low speed until a homogeneous batter forms.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the molds (about one and a half teaspoons per mold).
Step 7
Bake for about 15 minutes at a temperature of about 300°F.
