Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crumble the flour and margarine together.
Step 2
Mix 100 grams of sugar, 0.5 of a beaten egg, and baking soda (slaked) together, then add to the flour. The dough should have a crumbly texture.
Step 3
For the filling: mix the cottage cheese, 50 grams of sugar, and half an egg.
Step 4
Spread part of the dough on the baking sheet, layer the cottage cheese filling on top, and then add the remaining dough.
Step 5
Level the surface and bake for about 20 minutes at 430°F.
