Ingredients
- Milk 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Margarine 10 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Vanillin 1½ g
- Safflower Oil 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead a dough that is not too stiff. Do not add butter and sugar. Roll out the dough to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm (thinner is better).
Step 2
Grease with oil and sprinkle generously with sugar. Then roll into a log and cut into 5 cm pieces. Shape into roses. To do this, pinch one end of the log together and bend the top part like rose petals. Bake in the oven at 390°F. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
