Rolls with Jam
Ingredients
- Water 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Pear Jam 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients. The dough should be elastic and easy to roll out.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut into strips 5-7 cm wide. Cut the jam into sticks (about 3-5 cm long, depending on the width of the dough strip) and roll them in the dough.
Step 3
Place the rolls on a floured baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes.
