Description

This roll is a versatile dessert. It is quite simple and quick to prepare, the main thing is to do everything in sequence. Instead of apples, you can use pears, cherries, or any other fruit, but remember that fruits and berries contain a lot of juice, and you need to squeeze it out before use. Nuts can be replaced with any others or omitted altogether. If desired, the cottage cheese can be substituted with ricotta. The amount of sugar can be adjusted; in this case, it is minimal. If you replace wheat flour with whole grain flour, you will get a healthy roll. It is best served chilled with a hot drink.

  • Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons

Prepare the main ingredients.

Grate the apples on a coarse grater.
