Roasted Pepper and Garlic Soup
Ingredients
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Spices to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut 5 red bell peppers into 4 pieces each and roast them on a baking sheet in the oven. Once browned, remove the skin.
Step 2
Finely chop 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, take a few chili peppers (canned in 400 g jars) and sauté everything with chopped tomatoes (4 pieces). Then add the sweet pepper and sauté for a few more minutes.
Step 3
Pour the resulting mixture into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Add spices (in moderation) and sprinkle with herbs.
Step 4
Serve cold.
