- Rosé Dry Wine 10 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil very well, but not until it smokes. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft, about 8-10 minutes, reducing the heat as necessary. Add the rice, stir with a wooden spoon, and lightly toast.
Step 2
Meanwhile, bring the broth to a boil in a pot. Add the wine and then a ladle of the boiling broth to the rice. Stir constantly, cooking until the liquid evaporates. Then add another ladle of broth and repeat the same process until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the butter and Parmesan.
