Ingredients
- Rice 10 oz
- Dried Chinese mushrooms 0 oz
- Mushroom seasoning 15 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic.
Step 2
Add the rice, stirring constantly. Pour in a small amount of hot broth, cover, and reduce the heat.
Step 3
Stirring constantly, add the broth in small portions until the rice is almost cooked.
Step 4
Squeeze the soaked mushrooms well and add them to the rice. Continue adding broth.
Step 5
When the mushrooms and rice are nearly ready, pour in the wine.
Step 6
Pouring in the last portion of broth, sprinkle the rice with grated Parmesan and mix well. The risotto should be thick and well-infused.
