Ingredients
- Rice 1½ cups
- Courgette 20 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken until cooked.
Step 2
Dice the vegetables.
Step 3
In a deep skillet, pour a little vegetable oil and add the vegetables. Sauté for about 10 minutes. Then add the chicken broth and let it simmer.
Step 4
Rinse the rice under running water and cook until half done.
Step 5
Add the rice and pieces of chicken fillet to the almost cooked vegetables.
Step 6
Cook until done, occasionally adding broth so that it is absorbed by the rice.
