Ingredients
- Arborio rice 15 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine 10 oz
- Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine 5 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 1 head
- Thyme 1 bunch
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the peeled tiger shrimp in olive oil with a crushed clove of garlic and thyme, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté in a saucepan with a mixture of butter and olive oil. Add the rice and stir. Pour in the sparkling wine, then add the chicken broth, continuing to cook while stirring constantly. You can add a little broth as the liquid is absorbed by the rice. Cook until ready. The readiness of the risotto is determined by its creamy appearance, and the rice should remain firm inside but soft on the outside.
Step 3
Remove from heat, add the cream, butter, grated cheese, parsley, and season with salt and pepper (to taste). Mix thoroughly!
