Ingredients
- Coconut flakes 1.60 cups
- Chopped almonds 16 pieces
- Powdered Sugar ½ cup
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Cream (40%) 2.60 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix 1.3 cups of coconut flakes, sugar, and ricotta. Divide into 16 parts and roll into balls. Press one almond into each ball. Chill for 20-30 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then add the cream.
Step 3
Use a fork or toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with coconut flakes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
