Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 15 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- White Beans to taste
- 33% Cream 10 fl oz

Step 1
Mix the ricotta with the sugar and vanilla seeds.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whip the cold cream into stiff peaks and gently fold it into the ricotta mixture.
Step 3
Place the resulting mixture in a closed container in the freezer for at least 6 hours. It is best served with fruits or berries.
