Description
Rose water is a desirable but not essential ingredient. Feel free to substitute it with any syrup, such as mint or berry syrup.
Ingredients
- Rose water 2 teaspoons
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Puree 125 grams of berries with rose water and strain through a sieve.
Step 2
Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet.
Step 3
Place a tower of ricotta in the center of a plate. Garnish with berries, drizzle with honey, and pour over the berry puree. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
