Ricotta Casserole with Honey

Ingredients
- Honey 5 oz
- Ricotta cheese 20 oz
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Cinnamon a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the ricotta in a pot or deep bowl.
Step 2
Mash the ricotta with a fork, add the eggs and yolks.
Step 3
Mix everything well and add the honey.
Step 4
Add the grated zest to the mixture and stir.
Step 5
Add the cinnamon.
Step 6
Pour in the wine.
Step 7
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the mixture.
Step 8
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into it. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the casserole in the oven. After 20 minutes, check the oven; if the casserole has risen, increase the temperature to 180°C (350°F).
Step 9
Check the readiness of the casserole by piercing it with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it is ready. It should be very golden brown, with darker edges.
